This Readme file describes the contents of the Figures folder. The folder contains a total of eight files, including two PowerPoint files (.pptx), five image files (.png) and this Readme file.


1. `Figure1.pptx` and `Figure1.png`

These files present a schematic overview of all experiments performed under different conditions. They illustrate the various experimental setups used throughout the study.

2. `Fig2_catalyst_pictures.png`

This image shows the catalyst after the reaction. It was used as a visual reference during the preparation of Figure 2.

3. `Figure2.png`

This figure presents the spatial gas concentration profiles obtained from:

micro-GC measurements of the m-XRD cell under **laboratory conditions, and GC measurements of the m-XRD cell at the synchrotron. For more information, please read the "Readme_GC" file in "GC_Data" folder


4. `Figure3.png`

This figure shows the XRD patterns recorded under different experimental conditions, corresponding to the setups illustrated in Figure 1. For more information, please read the "Readme_XRD" file in "XRD_Data" folder


5. `Figure4.png`

This figure compares the spatial profiles of molybdenum (Mo) phases, based on normalized XRD intensities from:
data obtained at the CPR synchrotron, and data obtained using m-XRD at the synchrotron. For more information, please read the "Readme_XRD" file in "XRD_Data" folder

6. `Figure_2_4_S1.pptx`

This PowerPoint file contains:

XRD spectra of MoO₃ (Figure S1) provided as supplementary information, and combined presentations of Figures 2 and 4. For more information, please read the "Readme_XRD" file in "XRD_Data" folder

8. Reproducibility and Software Dependencies

Software Required:
- Origin 2025b (.opju files)
- Microsoft Excel or compatible software (.xlsx files)
- Any text editor or spreadsheet software for .csv files
- Image viewer for .png files

Scripts and Workflow:
Data processing scripts are included in .opju files. Analyses can be reproduced using .csv files with standard spreadsheet or analysis software.

Reproducibility Notes:
Key results from the related publication can be reproduced by comparing XRD phase transitions with gas-phase composition data under the reported experimental conditions.
